ACADEMIC AND FINANCIAL ACCEPTANCE FORM

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE AFFIXING YOUR SIGNATURE IN THE SPACE PROVIDED.

1. This is to confirm my acceptance of the academic and financial conditions of the offer of admission of
the Asian Institute of Technology.
2. I am fully aware that, once accepted, the terms of the academic and financial conditions under which
the admissions offer is made, are final and not negotiable. The conditions cannot be changed after
enrollment at the Asian Institute of Technology.
3. I am aware that, if I am unable to fulfill the financial conditions of the offer of admission, I will not be
allowed to complete registration at the Asian Institute of Technology until the tuition and fees are fully
paid for within the period as per AIT rules and regulations.
4. I am aware that if I abandon my studies or if I am dismissed from my studies due to failure to pursue
the academic objectives of my scholarship or due to disciplinary reasons, and I leave the Asian
Institute of Technology before completing my program of study, I shall forthwith not be entitled for
any refund on tuition and fees paid and shall be liable to pay back to the Institute equivalent amount
of funding that has been spent.
5. The financial conditions of the offer of admission are normally made for the regular duration of the
study program. If for any reason my course of study is extended beyond the period of the regular
duration of the study, I am responsible for meeting all the costs associated with the extension.
6. The supporting evidence of availability of funds or other assets (copy of bank deposit, land deed or
salary certificate) including those of the guarantor are attached herewith.
7. I shall abide by all of the above conditions.

I hereby declare that the information submitted with this form is authentic. I understand that no claim of
inability to pay for the study costs stipulated in the financial conditions of the offer of admission shall be
entertained by the Institute.
