__ Participate in all Subjects`, Extras` and Co-Curricular Activities
__ Follow and Abide the School`s Code of Conduct.
__ Contribute financially and morally to the school activities.

__ Does not make any action against the school, the school authorities and instructors.
__ Seek help for the school authorities for any school matter clarification/concern.

__ May not drop, withdraw, or add any course(s)/subject(s) during the semester without the
school authorities` signature and recommendations.

I understand the terms and conditions of this contract and acknowledge that failure to
meet any of them may result in my immediate suspension from the school and/or the
scholarship program. I further understand that I will therefore be paying for the whole tuition
fee and miscellaneous instead covered with in the duration of the enrollment.
