Various judicial administrative tasks are currently carried out, the


work team is sometimes good, however, there are times when, if
the workload is quite large, concerns or problems arise at some
point, the best way to solve these problems is sought.

Teamwork, equity, solidarity, among others, are left aside in


these moments of tension. Moreover, the situation is among the
staff because there are people who are willing to alter or not
talk directly about the problem and because of this there are
inconveniences or many shortcomings.

The aim is to effect and improve these circumstances. to improve
