1. Explain the importance of an efficient employee relations management.

- Efficient employee relations management is important because employees need


to talk and discuss ideas with each other and share their experiences. An employee
cannot work on his own and he needs people around especially when there are several
issues on which an employee or individual cannot take decisions alone. Employee
relation is very important because he needs guidance and advice of others as well. It
can also help the employee to come out with a brilliant idea in achieving their goals with
a faster rate. An organization that abides by good employee relations program, provides
fair treatment to all employees so the latter is only able to give their best, but also
remain loyal to the company.

2. Summarize the strategies to improve employee relations.

- the strategies to improve employee relations are to promote dialogue and


communication, focus on company missions and values, help employees feel valued,
inspire and reward them, offer career development, promote healthy work-life balance
and the use of software to streamline redundancy and eliminate mistakes Creating
an employee relations policy by starting with even one or two of these ideas will help
you to improve employee relations. The most cost-effective will be to implement
software tools. Many of these tools are free or they earn back more than their cost.

3. Discuss about Conflict Management.

- Conflict management is the process by which disputes are resolved, where


negative results are minimized and positive results are prioritized. To avoid conflict in
the organization the manager should be accommodating in address every problems that
arise. When it comes to conflict, there is no one solution that will work in all situations.
Each situation will be different, from the trigger of the conflict to the parties involved. So
listening to both sides is important so that they can come up with a good decision that
can satisfy them.
