ANSWER 1:
 They focus on the method of understanding the demand of the clients and figuring out a
way to satisfy customer needs by using the right Product, in the right Place, at the right
Price, and with the right Promotion. As a result, profit will be optimized, and there will
be no finger pointing as everyone will work cooperatively. Everyone would be
designated various tasks and given incentives for both individuals and teams work in
order for everyone else to operate smoothly.
 Singh's curriculum could work because product management is a great technique for
helping team members emphasize features and build out a product portfolio by
introducing a variety of planning and production initiatives to improve what you build
solves customer pain points and helps the business grow.
 Since a product manager is more skilled about business, technology, and customer
experience, he will become more willing to adapt and adopt new technologies.

 Firstly, I would have investigated and analyzed the source and cause of lack of
coordination between the various departments whether it is finance, sales, advertising,
manufacturing, purchasing or product research as they are interdependent.
 I would have incorporated the product management program in such a way that the
professionals in six departments are further divided to work under each product manager,
likely to result in a group of individuals with a variety professional backgrounds working
together, and the product manager, as a leader, working with them on a regular basis.
 Each member of the group will report to the specific product manager, and any conflicts
or difficulties will be settled by top executives of that department with the guidance of
the product manager, for example, if a problem with sales occurs, it will be settled by the
vice president in charge of sales and the product manager, and so on.
 As a result, each staff will have a strongly outlined framework and role, which will
reduce misunderstanding about the division of work, work overload will be reduced, and
offering incentives will encourage staff to work effectively.

within the organization by ensuring complete and timely information disclosure.

overlapping roles, act casually, and don't write many rules. Because this organization
emerges organically, attempting to impose a formal, mechanistic structure on it would be a
mistake.
 Clarity and Understanding: This means that all employees, including workers and
supervisors, have a clear understanding of all aspects of their jobs. There should be no
uncertainty. The reporting relationship should also be made abundantly clear. Also, specific
sources of information that will be used in the decision-making process.
 Environmental Factors: Organizational designers must analyze the business environment of
an organization. An unpredictable, rapidly changing environment necessitates flexibility,
adaptability, and interdepartmental cooperation, all of which are crucial for organizational
structure.
 Strategy: A strategy is the plan of action that directs the activities of the organization. It
devises strategies for coordinating personnel and resources to achieve a shared objective.
 Decentralization: This is due to the fact that in a centralized structure, all work-related
discussions and decisions are made at the top-level management. There's been no input from
the ground workers. This should be managed to avoid because it inhibits conversation.
 Clarity and Understanding: This means the employees, which include employees and
supervisors, have a clear knowledge of all aspects of their jobs. There should be no

The following steps would be taken to avoid the confusion in the organization:
 I would try to understand the challenges faced by employees in various departments.
 I would develop the work structure in such a way that it reduces the conflicts and the
overlapping situations among the departments.
 I would fill the gaps between the various teams.
 I will lay down a stringent guidelines and policies for maintaining discipline in the
organization.
 I will provide a framework that endorses the organization’s purpose, priorities, principles and
regulate the employee’s behaviour towards the customer.
 I would conduct regular meetings for the employees to keep a track on the work orders.
