GalShield UV Care meets the following requirements of COLIPA / FDA for Sunscreens:
 SPF of formulation double that of total UV filters concentrations
 UVAPF at least 1/3rd of SPF of the formulation
 As per final sunscreen monograph critical wavelength should be minimum 370,
GalShield UV Care fulfills this requirements at any concentrations (Maximum usage
w/w 25%)

PACKING

GalShield UV Care is available in 200 litres HMHDPE carboys. Total of 80 carboys i.e.
16 MT can be shipped palletized in 20 ft. full container load. It is also available in 25 litres
HMHDPE carboys. Total of 640 carboys i.e. 16 MT can be shipped palletized in 20 ft. full
container load

HANDLING AND STORAGE

Store the material in a clean and dry place at 25 - 30°C, away from heat and direct sunlight.
Keep containers tightly closed. In original sealed condition, when stored as suggested, the
shelf life of the product is at least two years. On prolonged storage at < - 10°C, product
may solidify. If solidifies, it is recommended to keep the HMHDPE carboys in hot room of
temperature 25 - 30°C (avoid direct heating). Spills should be contained / collected and
disposed off as per the regulations. Avoid ingestion, contact with eyes, skin and clothing. In
case of contact with eyes and skin, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice, if
necessary. During storage, stacking should be maximum 1+1 carboys for 200 litres
