Objectives of the Study:
The objectives of this Family Care Study is to record of nursing care that details the
issues a nursing client faces and how to addresses them while trying to find solutions. It offers a
methodical approach to information gathering, analysis, and reporting regarding nursing care. It
is a holistic care, which takes into account all variables that have an impact on a person's or
family’s health. It also looks at how the patient interacts with their families, the community, and
the medical staff. To develop a family care system that is both efficient and affordable in the
future and to assist patients and their families with maintaining a supportive relationship in the
healthcare system.
Scope and Limitation
This study is only focused on the four hours each day from 8 in the morning to 12 in the
afternoon in the community exposure at Block 18, Lot 17, Calaanan. The Edullanies Family's
issue is the only one on which the study focuses. Only short-term therapy options are available
with the specified therapies and only community resources were utilized by the students.
A spot map of the area, a profile of each family member, information on their home and
surroundings, information on their health history and current health status, a family coping index,
information on integrated management of childhood illness, a diagrammatic presentation of the
health issue, family care plans, and information on actual implementation and evaluation are all
included in the study.
