2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

This recipe for 2-ingredient fudge requires only peanut butter and vanilla frosting. To make it, the peanut butter and frosting are each heated separately in the microwave for 1 minute to soften them. Then they are whisked together in a large bowl and poured into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. The fudge is refrigerated for at least 4 hours before being cut into squares.

2 Ingredient Fudge

The Easiest? Only 2 Ingredients. Frosting and Peanut Butter. Perfect for the holidays
and gift giving.

Course: Baking Cuisine: American Author: Catherine's Plates

Equipment
8 x 8 baking pan
parchment paper
large bowl

Ingredients
1 (16oz) jar peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
1 (16oz) container vanilla frosting

Instructions
1. Spray an 8 x 8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cut and fit parchment paper inside
baking pan.
2. Open jar of peanut butter and remove any paper or film from top of jar.

Place jar onto a microwave safe plate and heat in microwave for 1 minute.

Pour liquid peanut butter into a large mixing bowl.


3. Open container of frosting and remove any paper or film from top of container.

Place container onto a microwave safe plate and heat in microwave for 1 minute.

Pour liquid frosting into large bowl with peanut butter.


4. Whisk peanut butter and frosting together until well combined.
5. Pour mixture into prepared baking pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set up.
6. Take fudge out of pan by pulling the parchment paper out of pan and lay fudge on a cutting
board. Cut fudge into squares. Fudge can sit on countertop in an air tight container.
