White Chocolate Berry Dessert 

 
Recipe: White Chocolate Berry Dessert Yield: 15

All-Purpose Flour 1 Cup
Sugar ½ Cup
Large Eggs 2
White Baking Chocolate 8 oz Chopped
Butter 6 T Cubed
Vanilla Extract 3 tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
FILLING:
Cream Cheese 8 oz Softened
White Baking Chocolate 3 oz Melted and Cooled
Large Egg 1 Lightly Beaten
Sugar ⅓ Cup
Sour Cream ⅓ Cup
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
TOPPING:
Frozen Whipped Topping 8 oz Thawed
White Baking Chocolate 4 oz Melted and Cooled
Strawberries 1 Pint Sliced
 
 
Procedure 
 
1. In a microwavable bowl, melt the white chocolate and butter at 70% power; stir 
until smooth; then cool. 
2. In one large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until lemon-coloured. Then beat in melted 
chocolate mixture and vanilla. Combine flour and salt; beat into egg mixture. 
Spread into a greased 13x9 in baking dish; set aside. 
3. For the filling, in a small bowl, beat cream cheese and white chocolate. Beat in the 
egg, sugar, sour cream and vanilla just until combined. Carefully spread over 
bottom layer. Cut through filling with a knife to swirl. 
4. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out 
clean. Cool on a wire rack. 
5. Just before serving, fold whipped topping into white chocolate. Fold in strawberries; 
spread over dessert. Cut into squares. Refrigerate the leftovers.
