UNIT-IV: Sources of Mercantile law, Scope of Mercantile law, Competition Act 2002, FEMA Act 1999, The Environment Protection Act 1986, Competence to contract, Consent, Forum Selection Clause, Agreements in Restraint of Trade, Restraints of legal proceedings.
