Event report on an event by your faculty - for example: online/live concerts, competitions,
shows, performances, masterclass, etc.
1. What is a report?
● Reports present information (facts) and analysis of an event/issue/problem
and often suggest recommendations or solutions.
● A report has a cohesion of ideas through paragraphs or headings.
2. What do you need to do?
● Form groups (3-4 members)
● Watch the event online
● Discuss as the following layout
● Do the report according to the format given

● Heading (Name of event)
● Introduction – (answers wh questions and gives an overview) - What, when where,
who organized the event
● Type - face to face or online
● Purpose and background
● Body description of the event & issues -
Content, theme, storyline, actors, setting (was it intriguing), effect of music, lighting,
use of technology, costumes & scenography and audience response
