IT PTO News - Week of December 11, 2022

Thank You From Family Focus

With your generous help we were able to fulfill all 50 children's wishlists and collected
over 170 presents! These gifts will be distributed by Family Focus at an
upcoming luncheon to be taken home by families for their holiday celebrations.

Thank you to Anne Mucha for organizing the drive as well as collecting and delivering all
of these gifts!
 A Note of Thanks From The Day of Giving Leadership
The 12th Annual Day of Giving was a beautiful example of what can happen when
people unite for a common goal.

Thank you for all the support you helped provide to so many local families in need this
holiday season. Through preparation, donation, and organization, hundreds of volunteers
were able to serve 1,030 people. Even personalized front-door deliveries were made to
each family by volunteer drivers on Saturday, December 10.

All the families were extremely grateful as they shared that the necessities provided have
allowed them to get ahead during this very difficult year, and others indicated they would
now be able to celebrate the holidays with their children!

The Day of Giving 2022 Impact is:

1150 Volunteers,

Giving 3,565 Hours of Service,

Making 202 Deliveries,

Of 1010 Bags and Baskets of Groceries and Gifts that included hats, gloves, coats,
boots and gift cards,

Serving 1,030 People and countless positive ripple effects and lives changed forever!

We hope this meaningful partnership can continue for many holiday seasons to come as
we continue to support our neighbors in need.

Tuesday, December 13th. See the weekly principal update below
for full details.
Call or place an online order with BYG from 10:30 am to 9 pm on 12/20.

Mention Indian Trail by phone or in the notes section online and 20% will be
donated back to our PTO!

Funds raised support our PTO programming including staff appreciation gifts, school
assemblies, and family events like Bingo Night, coming this January.
