1. What are your study habits in the transition of face-to-face class?

- I do find a place to study regularly and be Consistent at all the times because it is the key when it
comes to studying, so do my best to make a habit of it.
- Also, by making 'reading' a habit. This habit opens up my gateways of knowledge for your child
apart from serving as a healthy pastime.
- Lastly, make small progress and stay in touch always.

2. What are the ways to achieve your personal goals in life?

- I set my goal in life
- Break it down. If you start to feel overwhelmed, break everything down. Not just in terms of
time but action points too. Specifically outlining what you want to achieve, when and by what
means will make your goals feel much more attainable.
- Keep going and stay positive, always.

3. As BSIT student, how do you manage your stress on the blended learning in the transition of
face-to-face class?
- In the middle of this pandemic, blended learning made us challenge and is relatively new to
many, it may take some time, patience, and hard work before families can adjust to this form of
education. Also, gave stress to us, both students and instructors. To deal with this stress I take
breaks when I can and doing leisure activities to playing video games. Consistent daily routine is
important in simulating the school environment at home. it’s easier for me to adjust to the new
school set-up. Lastly, getting enough sleep.
