    I beg to say that I am working as Sr.Xen/Tech DS
    Circle Patiala. Further my mother is old and residing in Mohali alone.
    Due to her old age she is having health issues and she is a widow..I am
    her only son to look after her. Further my wife is suffering from uterus
    fibroid. She is getting treatment in Chandigarh. In above circumstances it
    is kindly requested to transfer me to Mohali or Kharar/Zirakpur
