    (Through the proper channel) Sub: Pray for out permission to remains stay in a rented house in the Karlapada. Madam, Respectfully and humble submission of following lines for yours kind consideration and sympathetic order. That, I Sri Parshuram Chhatria, C/479 joined at Karlapada OP on dated 28.06.2011, as per Do. no.117 /D.t.12.06.2011 being relieved from RO kalahandi. Now I am performing my duties sincerely obeying Police discipline and order. There is no available of Police staff quarters in Karlapada OP so that I bound to remain to stay in a rented house which is nearby OP. Therefore I request to honorable authority kindly consider and allowed me to remain stay in a rented house in Karlapada. For which I shall remain grateful to you and obliged.
