I invite kind attention to the reference cited above.

I submit that, in the ref. 1st cited the Revenue Divisional officer, Kadiri has
informed that the Executive Engineer, APSPDCL, Hindupur has requested for
issuance of Socio-economic status report, in respect of Sri P.Rahamthulla S/o Late
P.Imam Khan working as Assistant Line Man (SN) (ID.No. 17987), Kadiri expired
on 07.10.2022 while in Service , in order to provide compassionate appointment to
his legal heir i.e. Sri Patan Altaf and further directed to enquire and submit report
on socio economic status of the family of Sri P.Rahamthulla.

In the reference 2nd cited, the Mandal Revenue Inspector, Kadiri has enquired
in to the matter and submitted that the family of the deceased is residing at
D.No.10/1098/536/341, Nizam Vali Colony, Kadiri Town and belongs to Patan (OC)
Caste. The deceased was the only sole bread winner to the family.

The following are the family members of the deceased employee, Late
P.Rahamthulla.

In the above family members, wife i.e. Smt. Pathan Dilshad, Sons i.e.
P.Hameed Khan & Patan Altaf are dependent on the income derived from the salary
of the deceased and the daughter i.e. Patan Mahaboob Jaan got Married and living
separately. The family of the deceased is not having any movable or immovable
properties except own House in Kadiri Town & Mandal. No family member from this
family is having employment in any Government or Private Institutions. Sri Patan
Altaf who sought appointment under compassionate grounds has studied ITI,
Electrician and un-employee at present.

Further, it is submitted that the Socio Economic status of the family of Late
P.Rahamthulla is in miserable condition as per the Revenue enquiry and
recommended for compassionate appointment to Sri Patan Altaf S/o P.Rahamthulla
as there are no earning members in the family of the deceased employee, Late
P.Rahamthulla.

In the above circumstances cited, and as recommended by the Mandal

Revenue Inspector, Kadiri. I recommend that Sri Patan Altaf S/o P.Rahamthulla,
may be provided employment under compassionate grounds according to the rules
in force.

The following certificates are herewith submitted for taking necessary action.

1. Socio economic certificate.

2. No Earning Members Certificate.
3. Un - Employment certificate.
4. MRI report.
5. Degree Certificate.

As per the orders of the Tahsildar, Kadiri I have enquired in to the socio-
economic status of the family of deceased public servant, Sri P.Rahamthulla,
working as Assistant Line Man (SN) (ID.No. 17987), Kadiri expired on 07.10.2022
while in Service.

During my enquiry it is revealed that the family of the deceased is residing

at D.No.10/1098/536/341, Nizam Vali Colony, Kadiri Town and belongs to Patan
(OC) Caste. The deceased was the only sole bread winner to the family.
