Down payment is 30% of the quotation price, followed with progress payment of
30% when material arrival at site.
The subsequent payment will be 30% during work in progress stage and upon
finishing the last 10%

3. Any additional work will be advised accordingly.
4. Validation Date of the quotation: 30 days from submission.
