5. Cancellation and/or Replacement of all special items shall be charged 50% of the total value of the Special items involved.
6. The contract amount is inclusive of VAT.
7. Free delivery within Metro Manila for minimum purchase amount of ₱10,000.00. A corresponding delivery charge will be
imposed if less than ₱10,000.00.
