Greetings of God’s peace and love!

This is in reference with the invitation letter we have sent your school last month (September
2010).

As agreed upon in the several meetings with the youth and previous organizers of the DUKIT
FESTIVAL, we will push through with the 10th DUKIT FESTIVAL celebration inviting all schools in the
Betis area. This will be held on the 28th day of December 2019.

The festival is our way of Thanksgiving to our patron, St. James the Apostle. It aims to nourish
and sustain the love for culture of the youth; to enhance the talent of many young Betiseños; to promote
the woodworks of Betis; to develop camaraderie and friendship, and foster unity among the people of
Betis.

Since some of the invited were not able to attend or send their representative on the first
orientation/meeting, we decided to set another one, and it will be on October 16, 2010 (Saturday) at Bale
Ugnayan ning Betis (BUB) at exactly 9:00am, to entertain your questions and discuss the following:

 Criteria for judging,

 Rules and Regulation,
 Prizes and
 Other

We already come-up to Ms. Leotilde Alvarado, Guagua East District Supervisor, regarding this
matter.

We appreciate your utmost cooperation on this matter . Thank you very much and we look
