How did the personal SWOT analysis and personality test help you in identifying the careers
suited to your interests, skills, and principles in life?

It made me aware of what job will suit my interests, skills, and principles because there are so
many job opportunities that will help me in the future, and it also helps me maximize my
knowledge about how to use it properly in the future while minimizing the personality that is
not good for me. And knowing my personality helps me identify my hidden strengths and
weaknesses that I am not aware of.

2. Write three (3) things that you have realized after you conducted the personal SWOT analysis
and took the personality test.

 I am Perfectionist- Actually, I was already aware that I am a perfectionist, but the personality
test confirmed that my assumptions were correct. It is my strength because it increases my
productivity and motivates me to do my best to make it perfect.
 I am Creative- Being a perfectionist requires you to be creative, and I will use this personality as
a strength in the future because for me, my imagination can stretch for miles and can create a
good outcome.
 I am Loyal- I will conduct this personality of mine as a weakness because being a loyal is easily to
trick they can manipulate you and control you without you knowing it.

3. Compose a three-point plan of action to achieve the career that you want.

 Prioritize- I need to prioritize my top skills, things that interest me, important to me whether it’s
intellectually challenging work, family-friendly benefits, the right location or a big paycheck to
achieve the career that I want.
 Set “SMART” Goals- It set me up for success by making goals specific, measurable, achievable,
realistic, and timely. The SMART method helps push me further, gives me a sense of direction,
and helps me organize and reach my goals.

 Prepare- of course to achieve the career that I want. I need to be prepared on the possible
outcome and need to have a plan B.
