job objectives. It gives you insights into what obstacles you face ahead of you and what
opportunities are available to you now and in the future, depending on your personality
strengths and weaknesses. It assists us in learning more about ourselves and
determining what actions we may do in the future to further build our character and
personality.

analysis and took the personality test.

Through personality test and swot analysis, I have ascertained the following:

have to take. In addition, I've learnt to make the most of every opportunity that comes
my way and develop new strategies to cope with any hazards that may arise.

2. I've also figured out how to make the most of my assets while minimizing my flaws.
Since then, I've gotten a better understanding of who I am and what my strengths and
weaknesses are in various sectors. Because of this, I've come to understand what I'm
capable of, and what I'm not.

3.I have also learnt the importance of self assessment. It is very important as it created
self-awareness within an individual. It has actually helped me to know myself better.

and your values, skills and passions. When you begin to understand yourself and what
you want, you'll be able to more easily create a plan that suits your goals and your
lifestyle.
Goal setting which the key to a successful career plan. Setting your goals creates a sense
of accountability, and writing down your goals cements them in your long-term
memory, so they're always accessible and locked in to your subconscious.

Develop a plan which the point in your career planning where you should know your
interests and skills and start figuring out what you need to do to get where you want to
go. Whatever your decision needs to be, this is the time to make it, so you can solidify
