Executive Summary
Entailing the best organizational recruitment procedure along with the application of best
software keyboard programs in different purposes help to qualify the organizational activities
and performance. This report incorporates two different companies; Adcapitol as a clothing
manufacturer in USA needs to adapt a good recruitment policy and FutureNow Technology
Inc needs to adapt the keyboard software program. The analysis has been made to achieve
respective achievement in both of the companies.

Main Body

Introduction

In this report, two areas of discussion have been chosen as to find the issues in recruitment
and make the corresponding suitable recommendations and another is to recommend the best
software program which can help to improve the way of typing with fewer mistakes made. 

Background

For the discussion and recommendation part for the first scenario, AdCapitol has been chosen
as the firm where the issues of recruitment and relevant recommendations have been made
for a better outcome. According to (Zoominfo.com. 2022), AdCapitol is a well-known
clothing manufacturing brand in North Carolina, USA. This company is involved in
manufacturing both men’s and women’s clothing attire including formal wear, dress,
sportswear, party wear, and also required medical clothing. Currently, the company has more
than 200 employees and the target is to appoint most of the talented and suitable employees
for the purpose of company growth. 

In the second scenario where the company Future Now Technology Inc has been chosen
situated in Tranquil Sea, California. In this scenario, the employees engaged in work
responsibilities are not able to meet the appropriate criteria to use computer keyboards for
which the mistakes in data and reliability have become a major concern. Innovative
technology solutions and services are offered by FutureNow in the US, Canada, Europe, and
the GCC. Whereas this company is dedicated to offering the highest quality solutions, and for
that reason, the best efficient software solution needs to be suggested.

Discussion

In the first scenario, Ms. Geminy Starling has been chosen for the primary research where she
asked for some relevant close-ended questions like,

 Do you agree with the requirement to improve the company’s recruitment policy?
 Do you agree that bad recruitment can result in a low level of performance and
outcome?

Comparing the other firms in the markets like Embroidery Wishes, Legacy Monograms, and
Printlon, some recommendations are required to make for improvising team performance and
talent utilization (AdCapitol, 2022).  In the second scenario, Ms. Utopia Dringlesohn has
been asked some close-ended questions,

 Do you agree that employees make inputting mistakes with a lack of knowledge in the
use of the keyboard?
 Do you agree that installing a software system can solve the issue?

Here Future Now technology Inc need to find solutions or method adapted in competitors in
the same field like Tatvik, and Hawkpartners LLC (Infotelligent, 2022).

recommendations can be made.

Recommendations for the first scenario: 

 Make attractive and lucid job ads.

 Enhance the sourcing of candidates.

 Enhance the effectiveness of recruitment.
 Determine the best candidates.

Recommendations for the second scenario:
