Opening Prayer

In the name of the father, the Son, and the holy spirit. Amen.

Dear God, we acknowledge your holy presence in our midst today and glorify your goodness
and grace.

Human beings we are, we commit things unpleasant to your eyes. Forgive us, Lord, for our
shortcomings. We turn to you in genuine repentance.

Loving and gracious Jesus, you are indeed the giver of all good gifts. We seek your wisdom,
guidance, courage, and strength as we come together today to tackle urgent and vital matters at
hand. Breathe life into our ideas and decisions and help us sustain our organization that has
love and respect at its heart. We humbly ask you to clearly show us how to meet our duties and
responsibilities with a grateful heart.

We are hopeful that this meeting will bear fruit, for your word says that if you commit anything
into your hands, you will make it successful. We offer this meeting into your able hands. We
declare success for this convergence.

Father, give us the strength to continue working for your kingdom and inspire us to be the best
we can be. May we be shining examples of your goodness and truth wherever we are. Our plea
is that you continue to remind us that all that we do here today, all that we accomplish, is for the
pursuit of truth for the greater glory of you.

We ask these things in your mighty name. Amen.
