Fahrenheit 451

By Ray Bradbury

“Fahrenheit 451” is a dystopian novel by Ray Bradbury, often

regarded as one of his best works. The novel presents a future
American society where books are outlawed and “firemen” burn any
that are found. The book’s tagline explains the title as “the
temperature at which book paper catches fire, and burns.”. The main
character, Guy Montag, is a fireman who becomes disillusioned with
his role of censoring literature and destroying knowledge, eventually
quitting his job and committing himself to the preservation of literary
and culturar writings.
In my opinion, this novel is a work of art and it keeps you
interested in the plot. Every action that happens in the book is
important, so you have to pay attention to fully understand the plot. I
really like this book and I recommend it to all kinds of audiences
reaching from kids who are 13 and older to adults and elders. I hope
that everyone who reads this book learns something from it, as it
shows the importance of literature and culture.
