The concepts of quality, access, cost, and environment have been particularly influential in the
expansion of nursing care, particularly in terms of the impact they have had. Today, these
concepts are put to use in order to lessen the impact of the consequences that have been brought
about by the rapidly growing fields of nursing practice. In this way, the objectives of the
healthcare organization and the requirements of the patients can be brought into harmony. This is
