Academic Team Lead | KRAs and KPIs

As the academic content team lead, you are expected to play a dual role of leading the team as well
as being an individual contributor in the form of a content creator.

You would be expected to maintain the following KRAs:

1. Create academically correct content for use in the ixrlabs product which would be used by
top higher education institutes across the country.
2. Create storyboards to aid animators, illustrators, and developers in developing accurate
academic journeys.
3. Reviewing content created by team members, providing required feedback, and ensuring
the feedback is implemented.
4. Updating and improving content in storyboards previously created, as required to ensure
the quality of the product.
5. Reviewing the created content/ developed journeys from an academic point of view, and
provide feedback to ensure the product is up to the mark.
6. Continuous evaluation of the product to ensure we are maintaining academic standards and
improving the product to meet academic changes in curriculum and industry.
7. Writing blogs and academic articles to be used for SEO and marketing purposes.
8. Scripting academic videos used for driving social media and digital marketing efforts.

KPIs (and targets for September):

Update academic content for 20 existing modules to meet academic quality standards as followed
by top colleges across the country.

Create animation scripts for 5 modules of electrical engineering.

Review all academic content created by the in-house academic subject matter expert.
