The Elements of Good Communication
The aforementioned essays bring such impact unto me that gave me the opportunity to assess
three thing essential things within the sentences. Which is listening, reading, and writing.
Firstly, listening plays a big role in learning that can give a child the knowledge he/she needs. In
the communication process, listening refers to the ability to effectively receive and comprehend
communications. Effective communication necessitates the ability to listen. Messages are readily
misunderstood if you don't know how to listen well. Consequently, communication breaks
down, and the transmitter of the message may or may not convey the message properly.
Listening is the one communication skill that you should strive to learn to enable you to have
successful communication.
Second, reading covers a wide range of abilities that can be used in every sphere of life. Strong
reading skills will enable you to interpret everything you read, and you may improve your ability
to communicate effectively through writing by continually improving these skills. Literacy
incorporates so much of what we do that it can be a valuable skill to have in both your personal
and professional lives. Reading helps students to have proper delivery in saying speeches,
declamation, and other extracurricular activities pertaining to reading.
Lastly, writing is essential for effective communication. When compared to face-to-face or
telephone talks, good writing skills allow you to transmit your message to a far bigger audience
with better clarity and understanding.
As these three encompasses the essays mentioned, they are the core within what teachers and
students can perceive in communicating properly with the right use of listening, reading, and
writing skills.
