    Friendliness: Medium.

    Team or self-interest: 4 (leaning towards self-interest).

    Role preference:

    1. Coordinator.
    2. Shaper.
    3. Least preference: resource investigator.

    For conflict:

    As a coordinator, I could have a conflict with a team worker. I would also have compatible
    relationship with all the other roles.

    As a shaper, I could have a conflict with implementor, and I could be on the receiving end of the
    conflict from a plant and/or monitor evaluator.

    For role incompatibility:

    As a coordinator, I will have a problem with the other coordinator.

    As a shaper, I would not have any incompatibility with my boss being a shaper, hence no conflict or
    incompatibility.

    For the team:

    I could have a small conflict with team member 3 and no other conflict.

    I would also have incompatibility with team member 4 and no other incompatibility.
