II. Description and Rationale

The Candelaria Community Enhancement Projects 2023 is one of the essential

government authorities, and other local organizations are esteemed to contribute and
participate in the municipality’s enhancement programs.

The key point to the previous plan was to conduct the Candelaria Community
Enhancement Projects 2020 on May 14, 2020 at Candelaria, Quezon. In addition, the
students of the Tayabas Western Academy shall coordinate with the local government
unit of Candelaria, Quezon to start a funding program before May 1, 2020.

However, due to the beginning of the global pandemic due to the rapidly rising
cases of Covid-19 patients, it is put on hold. There are not much changes on the programs

was delayed for few years and it did not hinder the purpose of providing better livelihood
for the people of Candelaria, Quezon.
