Food work materials are materials linked at the transformation conditioning and packaging of fois.

Firstly , to transform these foods , industry use materials like crushers , mixers , threshers , kneaders
,ovens ,filters and juicers. Then food industry condition their food with cappers , labellers and heat
sealers. Finally , these foods are packaged in bottles ,boxes and sachets. This mechanism often causes
risks of contamination due to a lack of hygiene of staff , materials ans the production rooms. Also ,these
risks are caused by the contact of bacteria molds and mushrooms with materials and their presence
often in food. To avoid these risks of contamination , firstly we must wash correctly food and
equipment. Then we must sterilize the materials before their use. In addition ,use sanitation properly
store food. Finally ,employ an eradication mechanism to eliminate all pathogen carrying agents.
