Technical recommendations
Fitting of the sockets and plugs with flexible hoses

(other assemblies, consult us)
Check freedom of socket/plug motion after applying proper tightening torque on adaptor.
Back adaptors clamping torque in oz.ft with +/- 15 %

Prevent any constraint from flexible hose onto socket/plug. This would cancel any motion freedom.
Filtration of the circuit Lubrication

SPH socket and plug shall be lubricated with
STÄUBLI G 10 lubricant.
Lubrication frequency :
Non lubricant fluid (water) every 5000 connections
or 6 months.
Degreasing fluid ( freon, solvant, ...)
Recommended grade of filtration : 100 microns. please consult us.

1. Principle
The connection of male part with female part displaces a volume of
uncompressible liquid.

2. Occasional connection under pressure

This pressure shall be respected in order to prevent

By example : PA = Pa = 2300 psi. Test based on very few cycles (< 10 cycles).
