Reclaiming Native Truth: A Project to Dispel America’s Myths and Misconceptions Spring 2022
▪ Conducted comprehensive research designed to uncover and dispel the incorrect point of views that non-Native Americans
have about Indigenous people by using research methodology to convey a truthful Native American identity to the
confused population and to bring truth back to Native/Indigenous people’s image.
▪ Utilized a variety of research methodologies to collect data including social listening, social media posts, national surveys,
in-depth interviews, literature reviews, and in-person message (SMS) testing with Native Americans.
▪ Designed and presented research findings during the 2022 NAU Undergraduate Research Symposium.
