Well, I am currently part of the JDOC team under Ammar and Cory working as a
Quality Engineer. I have been in this role for 11 months, reaching my 1 year mark at
the end of next month. Before this position, I was working as a Manufacturing Process
Engineer in the fashion industry. I know completely different industries, but my work

is similar in that I support Operations where as one focuses on high volume and low
cost and the other on a much more regulated environment focusing on quality. I am
excited for this opportunity because through the JDOC project I have a deep
understanding of processes at EW, especially in IBREP and Final Packaging and this
role will allow me to further develop my skills as a quality engineer and continue to
grow in this role, supporting operations and manufacturing.
