This tool will be called ESP Automaition and for now will be for automation of Winman CAERP
Software - website – www.winmansoftware.com ( I need to automate their Income tax and GST
software – for the first step is the income tax software. Also there is another software called tally –
an accounting software – here is their website: www.tallysolutions.com You can download trial
versions of all the three softwares from the respective sites and check because I need the
automation to work on all these three softwares which are crucial for us. For a start we will start
with winmans Income software called Winman CAERP. I will arrange for a registered copy of winman
for testing. On the other hand if you feel that we should do tally software first you can let me know.
But I need the same automation tool to work with all these three software)

2. My LAN Server is Windows Server 2012 R2 and the client computers are either Win 7 or Win 8 or
Win 10 or higher etc the tool will need to be multi user which will be installed on server and can run
simultaneously by different users and in case server is formatted or so we should be able to reinstall
it without any issue and there should be no need of installing the tool on LAN PCs. Each user will be
able to concurrently access and run the tool using the shortcut from his or or her login

3. THis entire software will come packaged in a single exe file and will be installed easily in a few
clicks including the updates also similarly without need for uninstalling the earlier version. Also we
need an uninstallation set up file to be included in the package so that when not needed the tool can
be unistalled for all created system files to be deleted when uninstalled. (If you have a better
suggestion I am willing to look at it)

4. There will be option to process a single customers file or bulk customers files to be entered in a
multi columns list field as seen in the layout and news rows can be added as needed whcih will be
processed automatically one after another (see attached example of probable software UI I have
drawn to give a rough idea). If there is better suggestion let me know

4. Whether single file or bulk file has to be processed the tool will have dropdown to select which
processes or documents for each file need to be run/generated/downloaded (to be saved in a with
specific folder path which will be seen in the layout) -Once a Process has been selected that process
name will appear in the form of tag with a cross/delete (X) option sign inside each tag - as seen in
the layout. As we keep selecting from the dropdwon these tags will get added to indicate the
processes that will be executed. The selected processes have to be executed in the listed
chronological order. If the software is not open the tool will automatically open the software.

Dropdown option names will be (videos for each process has been recorded and provided below)
Once the file has been opened all the selected processes for that file will be completed and then
software will move to the next file

Winman I can put here- asking u

5) Tool will be given Name or PAN, and CRN and Ticket Number all of which will be mandatory to
enter

6)option to set the folder or path in which all these files will be downloaded, the files that are
downloaded will be saved in the path specified but for each customer a separate folder will be
created for each year

7) In case the tool is unable to process any file it must skip that and go to the next on automatically
while generating a report on the same with the reason, report to be displayed in the tool

8 you can for now create an inbuilt mail app to save the draft email for each customer with a email
settings for user id password and email service provider details for IMAP/SMTP settings page with
test button - only seen by Super Admin

instance when the software is run.

For each customer we have a Ticket number, Case Ref Number allotted which fields will be
mandatory before the tool will begin processing that customers file. Also sometimes two people
have the very same name - so PAN number field is provided which is unique so that the correct
customers name is selected. Indicative but not exhaustive probable layout idea attached. Each field
to have sufficient space to see the entire content clearly.

In future versions of this software I intend to feed Winman Software with data to be read from excel
sheets and standard pdf files and also to copy and paster data internally. and then later to integrate
it with my Wordpress website which is in Php. So whatever Technology you use you need to consider
this that we will able to read pdf and excel data and post that dat adata inside Winman and also be
able to do data entry or copy paste inside Winman software fields and also be able to integrate with
website.
