 Terms and Conditions
1. All the prices are inclusive of GST.
2. These special prices are exclusively applicable for ONGC employees. To avail EPP offer following needs to be done:
a) For booking in our ONGC camp, it is mandatory to submit a Self-Attested clear scanned copy of ONGC Employee ID card and a valid Govt. ID card for verification.
b) For placing order via email, a formal order confirmation shall be sent to epp.info@nfinfratech.com from ONGC employee’s official email address along with the screenshot of the payment, employee ID card.
3. The prices and offers are valid till 31st October 2022. Kindly refer to the latest offer prices.
4. The above mentioned offers are dynamic and this offers can change without any prior intimation as per company’s policy.
5. For booking, it is mandatory to make an advance payment of Rs.5,000 through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ UPI transaction/ Net Banking. Balance due amount shall be paid before shipping/delivery.
6. Orders for the respective model & color once placed cannot be cancelled/modified. Preference of color is subjected to stock availability, if preferred color is out of stock, then modification in the order shall be done upon
customer’s consent.
7. There will be no refund/ return/ exchange applicable on the EPP offer.
8. For out-of-stock models, delivery may commence from 1-8 weeks from the placement of order depending on the model, variant and color of the ordered smartphone, subjected to stock availability (Please call us for further
details).
9. Cashback/EMI offers shall be applicable on iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Refer offer sheet for more details. Once Apple announces the cashback offer on the other models, the same shall
be communicated to ONGC.
10. On HDFC Cards EMI, while 6 months tenor will be no cost EMI, tenors above 6 months be low cost EMI. Tenors 9, 12, 18 and 24 will have interest subvention equivalent to that applicable on 6 month tenor. Flat processing
fee of INR 299/- (+GST) applicable on EMI.
11. Old phone buyback/exchange offers shall be available at selected ONGC locations. Evaluation and payment of the old phone shall be done by third party agency. Original invoice of the old phone is required for exchange/
buyback.
12. Warranty & Apple Care+ shall be applicable as per standard guidelines of Apple India.
a) Every iPhone comes with 1 year of hardware repair coverage through its limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary technical support.
b) AppleCare+ for iPhone extends your coverage to 2 years from your AppleCare+ purchase date and adds unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection. Each incident is subject to a service fee of ₹2500 for
screen or back glass damage, or ₹8900 for other accidental damage.
13. We do accept all modes of payments made through Netbanking/NEFT/RTGS/IMPS / onsite swiping machine/ UPI.
14. Additional bank charges shall be applicable for the payments made through Credit and Debit cards. Kindly refer the payment terms in Table 1.
