The clause No.8.4 of PCP- 2014 stands revised as follows with immediate effect.

days from the date of opening of
price bid /issue of LOA/ placement
of purchase order /signing of the
job contract whichever is later.

In cases where no. of sources are
pre-decided in NIT as Single
Source, the EM provided by the
tenderers along with the tenders
should be returned to the
unsuccessful tenderers within thirty
days from determination of L-1
tenderer.
In cases where no. of sources are
pre-decided in NIT as Multiple
Sources, the EM provided by the
tenderers along with the tenders
should be returned to the
unsuccessful tenderers within thirty
days from the date of issue of LOA
or Purchase Order, where LOA is
not required to be issued.
