2. For minors subject to quarantine order, prior approval must be obtained from the Department of Health if they require an accompanying adult. The accompanying person can apply for conditional approval from the Department of Health
before the arrival of the minor, the completed application form should be returned to the Department of Health by email to caretaker_apply@dh.gov.hk. Application could also be made after the minor’s arrival at Hong Kong and his/her
