    Card members are entitled to a 3% rebate on fuel purchases made at participating Petron stations and swiped at designated POS terminals. The rebate will be automatically credited to the cardholder's Toyota MasterCard account in the statement cycle after the fuel transactions were posted. Rebates earned per transaction will be accumulated and posted as fuel rebates in the next statement of account. Each card member has an annual cap of P15,000 in fuel rebates per calendar year, including any supplementary cards.      Fuel  Rebates  at  Petron  Sta2ons  


    Terms  and  Condi2ons  
     
    1.  The   Card   Member   is   en1tled   to   a   3%   rebate   fuel   purchases   made   at   par1cipa1ng  
    Petron  sta1ons  and  swiped  at  designated  POS  terminals.  

    2.  The   rebate   shall   automa1cally   be   credited   to   the   principal   cardholders   Toyota  
    MasterCard  account  in  the  next  statement  cycle  immediately  proceeding  the  statement  
    cycle  where  the  fuel  transac1ons  were  posted.  

    3.  The  rebates  earned  per  fuel  transac1on  in  the  previous  SOA  will  be  accumulated  before  
    credi1ng  and  pos1ng  to  cardholder’s  next  SOA  as  Fuel  Rebates.  

    4.  Each   Card   Member   will   have   an   annual   cap   on   fuel   rebates   of   P15,000   per   calendar  
    year.   The   annual   cap   shall   include   the   rebates   earned   by   the   Principal   Card   Member  
    and  his/her  Supplementary  Card  Member/s,  if  any.  

    5.  The   rebate   may   be   availed   by   Card   Members   who   use   their   Toyota   MasterCard   to  
    purchase  fuel  for  private  consump1on  only  and  not  for  commercial  use.  MCC  reserves  
    the  right  to  exclude  any  single  or  set  of  transac1ons  from  the  computa1on  of  the  fuel  
    rebate/s  if  the  transac1on/s  was/were  entered  into  in  viola1on  of  this  provision  

    6.  Decisions  made  by  MCC  will  be  at  its  absolute  discre1on  and  will  be  final  and  binding  
    on  all  par1cipants.  
     
     
    The   terms   and   condi/ons   may   be   modified   by   MCC   in   its   sole   discre/on   from   /me   to   /me.  
    Card  Member  shall  be  responsible  in  informing  the  co-­‐obligor  (if  any)  of  these  Terms  and  
    Condi/ons.
