TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PETRONAS “MERCHANT/VEHICLE UPSELL DEAL:

MESRA POINTS GIVEAWAY PILOT CAMPAIGN”

1.0 Campaign Description

1.1 PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (“PDB”) is the organiser of this “Merchant/Vehicle Upsell
Deal: Mesra Points Giveaway" Pilot Campaign (“Campaign”).

1.2 This Campaign is a targeted campaign based on member profiling. Only selected
PETRONAS Kad Mesra members enrolled in the PETRONAS Mesra Loyalty Programme
have been considered for participation in this Campaign.

2.0 Eligibility

This Campaign focuses on a selected group of PETRONAS Kad Mesra members based on
their historical preferences in the PETRONAS Mesra Loyalty Programme.
a) The selected group of registered and active PETRONAS Mesra Card members who
either have physical Mesra Cards and/or digital Mesra Cards on the Setel Mobile
Application (“Setel App”) and
b) Customers holding a Malaysian citizenship; and
c) This Campaign is subject to the terms and conditions as stated herein (“Terms and
Conditions”).

3.0 Campaign Period

This Campaign period runs from 30th June 2022 – 31st July 2022 (“Campaign Period”).

4.0 Campaign Mechanics

4.1 Existing PETRONAS Kad Mesra members are entitled to receive 1x Mesra Points for each
liter of fuel consumption. Eligible and selected Customers will receive additional 2x Mesra
Points for each liter, subject to a total minimum fuel purchase of RM100 (PRIMAX 95 and
PRIMAX 97 only) accompanied with the use of their PETRONAS Kad Mesra throughout the
Campaign Period.

4.2 A total of 3x Mesra Points for any purchases of fuel (PRIMAX 95 and PRIMAX 97 only)
accompanied with the use of their PETRONAS Kad Mesra throughout the Campaign Period.

4.3 The additional 2x Mesra Points will be transferred to the Eligible Customers within four (4)
weeks from the end of the Campaign Period.

4.4 Only successful Eligible Customer(s) will receive an SMS from PDB informing the Eligible
Customer(s) on their entitlement.

fuel accompanied with use of PETRONAS PRIMAX fuel spending during Campaign
Kad Mesra during Campaign Period Period to be issued to Eligible
Customer(s) who has received the SMS.
Bonus points amount is capped at 3000
points per Eligible Customer.

4.5 The Eligible Customer(s) of the Rewards have been selected based on historical
preferences from the pool of PETRONAS Kad Mesra members. Offers are exclusive to
Eligible Customer(s) and are linked exclusively to your PETRONAS Kad Mesra
membership number.

4.6 PDB’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign (including the selection of targeted
PETRONAS Kad Mesra member(s)) shall be final and binding. No enquiries on
the Eligible Customer(s) selection will be entertained.

4.7 All Rewards are non-transferable, nor exchangeable for cash.

5.0 Miscellaneous

5.1 PDB reserves the right to disqualify entries that are ineligible or due to any reasons
whatsoever as PDB may, in its absolute discretion deems fit.

5.2 All Reward(s) will be transferred to the Eligible Customer(s) within three (3) to four (4)
weeks from the end of the Campaign Period. The Eligible Customer(s) will be notified via
SMS.

5.3 PDB reserves the right at any time, at its absolute discretion and without prior notice, to
substitute any of the Reward(s) with other items of similar or higher value.

5.4 PDB, its employees, its holding, subsidiary or affiliate companies, employees of the
PETRONAS group of companies, and PETRONAS station dealers and participating
partners shall not be liable to the customer or any other party for any loss or damage of
whatsoever nature suffered by customer as a result of participation or non-participation
in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on the part of PDB in connection
with this Campaign.

5.5 By accepting the Reward(s), the Eligible Customer(s) shall be deemed to have
unconditionally accepted all the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign and the Eligible
Customer(s) further: (i) agree to co-operate and comply with all of PDB’s reasonable
requests in connection with the Campaign; (ii) agree to the disclosure to, storage of,
processing of and use of his personal details by PDB and its relevant service providers
for the purpose of the organising, promoting and conducting the Campaign; (iii) agree for
the use of their name and photograph to be used for the purpose of organising, promoting
and conducting the Campaign; and (iv) consent to receiving promotional, marketing and
other publicity information from PDB from time to time.

5.6 The Terms and Conditions herein contained shall prevail over any provisions or
representations contained in any brochure or other promotional materials advertised
under this Campaign.

5.7 PDB reserves the absolute right at any time without assigning any reasons to alter,
modify, change or vary this Campaign’s Terms and Conditions contained herein, wholly
or in part at its absolute discretion. The Eligible Customer(s) may view the updated
Campaign Terms and Conditions on the link that will be sent to them via SMS.

5.8 PDB reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend, suspend or terminate the Campaign at
any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without prior notice. For avoidance of
doubt, any cancellation, extension, suspension or termination of the Campaign Period at
any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period shall not entitle the Eligible
Customer(s) to claim any compensation from PDB for any and all losses or damages
suffered or incurred by the Eligible Customer(s) as a result of the said cancellation,
extension, suspension or termination.

5.9 Payments made with Smartpay are not eligible for the 3x Mesra Points Offer.

5.10PDB, its employees, its holding, subsidiary or affiliates companies, employees of the
PETRONAS group of companies, and PETRONAS station dealers and participating
partners shall not be liable for any default due to any act of natural calamities, war, riot,
strike, lock out, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond their
reasonable control.

5.11Any failure by PDB in enforcing any of these Campaign’s Terms and Conditions in any
instance(s) does not constitute a waiver of such term and/or condition.

5.12In the event of conflict between the Bahasa Melayu and English versions of the Terms
and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
