obligee.

WHEREAS, we, Barclays Insurance Broker under the auspices of Barclay Bank Insurance Pic will
be performing the following services for Global Medical Group Int'l S. A. S a corporation duly
registered in Barranquilla - Colombia and

WHEREAS, in exchange for valuable consideration , Global Medical Int'l S. A. S a corporation

desires to indemnify a loan amount US$4Bllion (Four Billion United States Dollars) only obtained
from Istithmar World Ventures from any claims and/or litigation arising out of loan facility for the
performance of the work of providing these services.
