Guidelines:

1. This Case Study competition is open only for the Final Year MBA students of select B schools.
2. Students should not share the Case Study with students from other colleges or in the public domain
(LinkedIn, blogs, website, etc.). The competition’s Organizing Committee from Tekion will
disqualify the team/students if found violating the above condition.
3. Each team from a B school shall consist of a maximum of 2 members only. Individual participation
and inter-B school teams are not allowed.
4. There are 2 rounds in the competition. The first round is the shortlisting round and the second
round is the presentation round.
5. The top 2 teams (subject to merit) will be shortlisted from each participating B school by Tekion’s
Jury panel.
6. Once the teams are shortlisted from each B school, teams across other participating B schools will
compete against each other in the Presentation round. The top 3 teams will be declared winners
of the competition.
7. Post the presentation round, Tekion will invite select teams (not necessarily the winning teams) for
Pre-Placement Interviews (PPI). These students will be interviewed by the Tekion team consisting
of PMs & HR. Post the successful completion of the same, offer letters will be shared with the
respective Placement coordinators of B schools.
8. The entire event will be conducted in online mode.
9. Team members cannot be changed after the completion of the registration process.
10. All participants qualified for the second round will receive a 'Certificate of Participation’ &
‘Goodies.’
11. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to withdraw or change any of the above rules as
it deems fit.
12. Any changes in the rules and/or schedules will be notified to the registered participants.
13. All decisions taken by the Organizing Committee will be final and binding.
14. Any form of malpractice or plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
