MY OBJECTIVES

My objectives, are to perform the following tasks properly within 6months of stay without
supervision

 Taking up the ward, thus, proper handing over and taking up

 The use of the ward devices such as cardiac monitor, the ECG machine, the perfuser,
infusion flow meter, etc

 Being able to access the health pro and efficiently used of the health pro

 Being able to admit patient, trans-out patient and discharge patient

 Serving of patient medications by ensuring all the rights of drug administration

 Being conversant with oxygen administration therapy

 Being able to set intravenous line for infusion , passing of nasogastric tube for feeding
and passing of urethral catheter for both male and female.

 Being able to nurse patients properly by using the nursing process (care plan)

 Being able to provide patient with pre-operational and post – operational care when
being sent to the theatre

 Being to dress any kind of wound aseptically And proper decontamination of

instruments

 Proper education of patients prior to discharge and admission as well.
