一、对市场的快速反应，增强市场竞争能力

花纹等方面，并客户需求信息反馈给设计部门；同时也因为公司没有库存积压，而是按需
制作。使得公司能够对市场的快速反应，能够及时对产品进行调整。

二、资源整合，节省成本
首先 Zara 大规模在意大利、法国、西班牙采购优质布料，并由 Zara 自有工厂对布料统一
裁剪加工，使用 CAD 系统排版，尽量减少布料浪费；之后各个分包商对进行裁剪好布料组
装变为成品，再由 Zara 工厂进行衣服的品控和熨烫，合格品将会进行包装，最后 Zara 工厂
与附近的物流中心联系运输。

三、数字化协助分配，减少人力和时间消耗
分销中心每件成品衣服带有红色的纸，对应需要送达商店地址，同时有负责分配的机器，
和货物邮件系统，当衣服条形码经过电脑的时候，系统会有对应的分配信息，之后送到负
责分配的机器，对衣服进行门店分拣；门店的订单是通过系统下单，订单将会告知物流中
心办公室，按照订单进行活动分配；

subcontractor will cut the cloth and assemble it into the finished product. Zara
factory will conduct the quality control and ironing of the clothes, and the
qualified products will be packaged. Finally, Zara factory will contact the nearby
logistics center for transportation.

 Third, digital assistance distribution, reduce manpower and time consumption

Each piece of finished clothing in the distribution center has red paper, which
corresponds to the address of the store to be delivered. At the same time, there is
a machine in charge of distribution and a cargo mail system. When the bar code
of clothing passes through the computer, the system will have the corresponding
distribution information, and then send it to the machine in charge of distribution
to sort the clothes in the store. Store orders are placed through the system, the
order will be informed to the logistics center office, according to the order
distribution activities;
