IBA has displayed a detailed advertisement on IBA website (www.iba.org.in) to fill the Post
of "Advisor- I-IR&IR" .

Applications are invited from interested candidates for the post of Advisor from retired
Executives of Banks on contract basis, as per terms and conditions mentioned below:

Terms and Conditions for engaging Retired bank executives

Position Advisor
Area HR&IR
Eligibility Preferably retired from Public Sector Banks as AGM 1 DGM
or equivalent having minimum of 3 years' experience in HR
& IR as Executives (Scale IV and above)
Age Not more than 62 years as on 31.07.2022
Compensation ~1200001- per month + ~150001- towards Conveyance and
~20001- for mobile bill expenses
Leased accommodation up to ~61 0001- (Ex-AGM)
Leased accommodation up to ~910001- (Ex-DGM)
Period of Engagement Appointment will be on Contract basis for a period of three
years which can be extended for a further period or up to the
age of65
Other information Place of positing will be Mumbai.
IBA will not be providing Car facility
Mode of application The last date of receipt of applications in the prescribed
