Subject: Requesting for permission of welding instead of bolting on steel structure


assembly.

During the Pre-assembly of Rafter-1 & Rafter-2 we are facing the problem that due to
Fabrication error or designing issue connection between RBR (rafter Bracing) and Rafter
Gussets Plate member Holes are not matching so for further we are requesting you to give
us permission for welding on that locations instead of bolting.
Involved Mark no’s are mentioned as below:

Rafter 1 Mark 1RF1, 2RF1, 3RF1 (Gusset Plate)
