ORAL ORDER

According to the petitioner his name was not

included in the selection list for the post of

Multipurpose Health Worker on the ground that the

University from where he has cleared his diploma in

Health and Sanitary Inspector is not recognized.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader

Mr.Swapneshwar Goutam on instructions, submits that

the State has already recognized certain universities

and institutions, the list of which also has been sent

to the concerned District Panchayat. It was for the

District Panchayat to specify in the advertisement or

otherwise the list of this recognized institutions.

He, however, ensures to file affidavit-in-reply and

place on record the said list on the next adjourned

date. Matter to appear on 17.10.2015. Mr.Swapneshwar

Goutam waives for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Notice be

issued to the rest Direct service is permitted.
