    1.Solve these division statements

    a)612 ÷ 6 b)454 ÷ 4

    b) 489 ÷ 4
    2. TO CHECK THE DIVISION RESULT

    Dividend = (Divisor × Quotient ) + Remainder

    3. Compare and fill in the boxes using < , > or =

    (a) 3 x 4 > 15÷5

    Answer: 3x4 = 12 and 15 ÷ 5 = 3

    12 > 3

    (b) 2 x 4 < 20 ÷ 2

    Answer: 2 x 4 =8 < 10

    c) 3× 2 = 24 ÷ 4

    6 = 6
