    FCC GL 138100100 USD has a BDT balance of 22.5 (DR) with no (zero) USD balance.

    It happened because
    four FT contracts (202FTOA163500145,202FTOA163530020,202FTOA163500144,202FTOA163530019)
    had transactions in this GL where same USD amount debited and credited with different exchange rate
    and as a result BDT balance of 22.5 (DR) created with no (zero) USD balance. Usually revaluation is
    activated for this type of account but for this GL it was not activated and as a result the BDT balance
    22.5 (DR) could not be flashed out.
