After I done this tremendous activity I felt the lightness of my body. I move easier than before because I felt lightness in every move I make therefore this activity
has given me so much positive energy. I felt that I had a productive day after Im done doing the push ups. I have seen improvement of my biceps as wells as my
triceps. Therefore this activity helps me build discipline towards myself and with that in thankful.
