Lower frame + Swing gear mounting screws 1727 ±168 Nm (176 ±17 kgf m) (1271 ±123 lbf ft)
Weight, Swing gear assembly 693 kg (1528 lbs)

NOTE!
Apply Loctite #277 or equivalent locking fluid

Mach the “S” mark on inner wheel and the plug on outer wheel.

Before mounting the swing gear apply sealant to frame surface.

Apply inside of screw hole.

Swing motor + gearbox, tightening torque

Upper frame + Swing unit mounting screws 512 ±51 Nm (52.2 ±5.2 kgf m) (377 ±38 lbf ft)
Swing motor + Swing gearbox mounting screws 111 ±11 Nm (11.3 ±1.1 kgf m) (82 ±8 lbf ft)

NOTE!
Apply Loctite #277 or equivalent locking fluid

NOTE!
First, install the one of the swing unit and install another swing unit after releasing brake by applying 3.92 MPa (40 kgf m) (569
psi) (39.2 bar) pressure at Sh, Pg port.

Center passage, tightening torque

Frame + Center passage mounting screws 111 ±11 Nm (11.3 ±1.1 kgf m) (82 ±8 lbf ft)
Weight, Center passage assembly 75 kg (165 lbs)
